Dentix is a Global Dental Electronic Health Record platform that allows blockchain backed, secure health record keeping, two-way doctor-patient communication, payment processing and worldwide patient referral and secure chart transfers.
Dentix global is putting all of its efforts toward improving the quality of dental care worldwide by reducing the treatment costs, improving costs transparency and creating a dental community. Electronic health record (EHR) are digital versions of a patient’s paper chart. EHRs are real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users. While an EHR does contain the medical and treatment histories of patients, an EHR system is built to go beyond standard clinical data collected in a provider’s office and can be inclusive of a broader view of a patient’s care.

Using the Proof of Stake system any record that enters the blockchain must be digitally sign then sent to the peer network of “miners” who then compare each reach consensus agreement of the network before it can be recorded. Miners on the blockchain must download a complete copy of its data and synchronization the data with a network of peers who agree on the blockchains state if integrity
Solution to health record interoperability
The creation, holding, and transfer of complete and accurate dental records are both needed and expected as patients may transfer between practices during moves (eg job relocation but also to new health care providers). There is demand for an efficient method of sharing relevant information between healthcare providers, which current EHR systems do not handle well. The Dentix EHR will solve this problem and other problems for dentists and their patients. In addition, this platform will create support services and applications aimed at improving the quality of dental services and solving specific problems.
